Traditionally, skill development in feedback has targeted leaders and high potentials in organizations and focused on the skill of giving feedback. However feedback by definition is a dyadic process, meaning it truly does require skills in both giving and receiving feedback. 

So we take a different approach. One that focuses on the dyadic nature of feedback by developing skills in giving and receiving feedback for all employees. This approach supports connection, inclusion, mutual accountability and ultimately, better results.

Have material customized to your needs for live workshops. Whether age related or cultural influences on feedback is your focus, or there's a need to improve feedback across divisions and break down silos, we work with you to create engaging sessions that improve results.

Community access

Learning is a process that needs to be supported in one's day to day work in order to be effective. We have an online platform to support participants in continuing to develop their feedback skills after the course or workshop is over. Here, users can share successes and challenges, and receive support directly from the course instructor. 

Personal assessments

We leverage assessments in some of our courses and workshops to provide insight into personal values and feedback orientation to help promote a greater understanding of oneself, and foster greater connection among teams.
