Hi, I'm Katie, the Founder of Action Potential Solutions. We help organizations optimize feedback for better results.
My background in Organizational Psychology and research experience in feedback dynamics has created a passion for bringing a dyadic approach to feedback to organizations.
For decades we've approached feedback as a leadership skill, pouring our energy into how to give better feedback. This fails to acknowledge the role of the receiver and that effective feedback is truly a joint effort.
